Q: Do you take customs?
A: Yes! Fill out my custom orders form and I'll get back to you asap.

Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Yes. I take a few wholesale accounts every month. If you’d like to apply to be a wholesaler, visit the wholesale page for more information.
Q: Where is your studio located?
A: My cozy backyard studio is located in Arroyo Grande, California adjacent to Rutiz Farms. The exact location will be sent after you book.

Q: Do I need experience to take a class?
A: Nope! Most of the people I teach are complete beginners. Everyone is welcome!

Q: Should I do anything before my wheel class?
A: I suggest you read the things to know page. But that's it!

Products
Q: How should I care for my wares?
A: All function tableware is dishwasher safe, but you can also hand wash.
Q: Are they microwave safe?
A: Yes, they are microwave safe, oven safe and food safe.
Q: How long does it take to create one piece?
A: Well it depends. I tend to make my pieces in large batches. Each batch has about 30-40 pieces and it takes me a month.

Q: Where do you sell your products?
A: I currently don't sell online but you can find my products at art markets on the Central Coast and at a few shops in Arroyo Grande. Visit the events page for more information.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: In most cases I am unable to offer refunds and I cannot do exchanges. But If you are unsatisfied with a product or have concerns feel free to contact me.
